If you could leave a comment about what this piece makes you think of or means to you that would be very appreciated
This is a project I did for my women and gender studies class and I need feedback about the piece for my report I have to give. The piece is the two photographs in the frame. Any feedback is welcome :huggle: Thank you! :)

i guess this is too late for the feedback you need, but i will give it anyway ;) as my parents separated recently this has a very personal meaning to me! i guess everyone has this "fairy tale" version of his life in mind and it never really turns out like this... i feel like these ideals and following expectations stop the couple (?) in your work from really looking at the person, it makes them just another "prince" or "princess". the badges almost makes them criminals who don't want to be recognized for their crimes.. but then again, is dreaming a crime? is ist bad to have ideals even if you might know that you won't archieve them?
i think you can have ideals, ideas and dreams as much as you want, and they can give you strength, for example to overcome problems in a relationship or to fight for your family to stay together; but you always have to let actions follow, because otherwise you loose your fairytale BECAUSE you were dreaming to much, when you could have saved it by putting it to action.

ok i see, that my thoughts are really confusing but i hope you understand a little bit :D hope your class went well!

Thank you so much for the amazing feedback :huggle:
The thoughts may be a bit jumbled but, I understand them clearly :aww:
It's lovely to see how much this piece spoke to you and made you think, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts
The class went well, and this piece (along with a few other pieces from the same class) got featured in my university's art accreditation review, so I think they liked it :la:
Thank you once again for the feedback (it means a lot to me! ^^) and don't forget to keep being awesome! :D
