Slip casting project made by dipping iron wire in slip, and slip casting. Made for Intro to Ceramics , Hand building, at Grand Valley State University Winter 2013.

Piece made of slip casted sphere, and chainmail dipped in slip.

Materials:
- porcelain slip, iron wire, plus Laguna "Pallidium" luster glaze, blue luster glaze, cone 018, third firing.

Techniques used:
- slip casting, dipping, chainmail assembly, glazing, and third firing.
